Services Provided:
 

Adult Day Habilitation Program

The Arc of St. Martin's Adult Day Program offers services in the areas of :  Day Habilitation, Supported Employment, and Pre-Vocational Training.  There is a Recycling Center where our mobile crew works.  We have several mobile crews that do janitorial contracts within the community. We also have crews that work in our two thrift stores where they sort, fold, and hang clothes for resale.

 


Individual & Family Support (PCA)

The Arc of St. Martin's IFS/PCA Program supports people with developmental disabilities, while they are living at home with family members.  


Individual & Family Support (SIL)

The Arc of St. Martin's IFS/SIL Program supports people with developmental disabilities, while they are living on their own.  Depending on the needs of the individual, support is given to ensure a safe, productive and enjoyable environment.

Elderly Waiver

The Arc of St. Martin's Elderly Waiver Program supports individuals with any health related tasks, community related tasks, and safety issues.

LT-PCS

The Arc of St. Martin's LT-PCS Program supports individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL). 

Examples of ADLs are *Eating *Bathing *Dressing *Grooming *Transferring *Ambulation

Examples of IADLs are *Light Housekeeping *Food Preparation *Grocery Shopping *Laundry *Medication Reminders *Assistance Scheduling Doctor Appts. Assistance Arranging Medical Transportation *Accompanying to Medical Appts.


Residential / Community Homes

 

  The Arc of St. Martin operates two community homes each serving 6 individuals.  The K. C. Roy Community houses 6 females and the Andrepont home houses 6 males.  These individuals are supported in all areas of daily living and enjoy community and social activities with the support of staff at all times.  This serves as a possible transition to a more independent lifestyle.
